Fun Bus Coffee Roasters began with a spark of curiosity and a love for great coffee. Brian and I started roasting more than a decade ago using a simple Jiffy Popper in Olympia, Washington. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a shared passion—and one starry night on the shores of the Puget Sound, the idea to turn that passion into a business was born.

Soon after, we purchased a 40-foot school bus with plans to transform it into a mobile coffee shop. Before the dream could hit the road, Brian—still serving in the Army—received orders to move across the country. The bus couldn’t make the trip, but the vision for Fun Bus Coffee did.
